Saint Vincent

Saint Vincent is one of the 32 Saint Vincent & The Grenadines islands, known as Jewels of the Caribbean. Of the 4 islands we offer, Saint Vincent is the most untouched and least established in the global property market and therefore and offers possibly the greatest potential for growth. The island is unspoilt and underdeveloped – there are currently only 400 hotel rooms on the island meaning there is huge potential for expansion and new developments. Prices are currently 75% lower than in Barbados, as tourism levels continue to rise, and the proposed International airport, which will be completed in 2011, will also encourage more visitors to the island. Regarded as a sailors’ paradise, the turquoise waters that surround these volcanic isles are considered some of the best cruising grounds in the world and are home to a wonderful array of marine life making it perfect for snorkelling and diving.

As with Barbados and Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent is a former British colony and part of the Commonwealth, English is the first language relocation to the island is straightforward. Saint Vincent also offers a number of tax incentives to overseas investors

Caribbean Islands

The Caribbean islands are a favourite destination with tourists from all over the world. These tropical islands lure visitors year on year in search of a winter sun escape making the Caribbean property market a solid investment. In addition, with many countries having English as a first language, strong connections with the US and the UK, relocation to the Caribbean is easy.

With so many islands to choose from, we’ve done the hard part for you and have chosen 4 differing islands that give you a range of options. We are also currently offering properties in Barbados, The Dominican Republic, and Saint Lucia, each of which have different qualities to suit different investment needs, from full time relocation, to holiday homes, short or long term investment.
