Registration Agreement

Website shall mean the Aphelium Internet Website with the URL aphelium.co.uk or 194.154.164.100


By registering with Aphelium you agree to the following registration conditions:  

  • You certify that you are at least eighteen years old and have read, understood and accepted these registration conditions and the Risk Warning contained herein. 
  • When registering as a recipient you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information and to notify Aphelium of any changes.
  • Through acceptance of this agreement you give your permission for us or our corporate partners to telephone you on the contact number provided in the registration form and/or to contact you using the address provided in the registration form via email.
  • During the course of providing services, Aphelium may introduce you to various other associated corporate partners worldwide. You expressly consent to Apheloium’s safekeeping of your personal information and for the transfer of such information to any cooperating partners with whom Aphelium chooses to collaborate with in order to perform any services for you. Aphelium will endeavour to take all reasonable measures to sustain confidentiality of your personal information.
  • Your registration is completely free of charge and you are placed under no obligation.
  • You expressly agree that the use by you of the content and the Website and the information contained is at your sole risk.


Aphelium reserves the right to revise these registration conditions at any time and without prior notice.
Contract shall mean the agreement between you and Aphelium governing the provision of information and shall include these registration conditions.

Aphelium warrants that your contact details will only be used internally by Aphelium and may be forwarded to a corporate partner and will never be shared with any other third parties.

You should contact Aphelium in writing to amend or cancel your personal information.

If you wish to cancel at any time you can do so by contacting Aphelium by sending an e-mail to unsubscribe@aphelium.co.uk indicating that you do not want to be contacted. Should you object to these registration conditions or any subsequent modifications thereto, or become dissatisfied with the service in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the service. Aphelium makes no warranty that the information contained in the content will meet your requirements or that their transmission will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Further, no warranty is given by Aphelium as to the results that may be obtained or the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained or that any defects will be corrected.

As a corporate partner of Aphelium could be responsible for the transmission of information to you, no representation, warranty, condition or other term express or implied is made by Aphelium as to the quality of information or any other reception.

Any copyright or other intellectual property rights of whatever nature which subsist or may subsist in the presentation and/or content of the newsletter shall remain the property of Aphelium.
