Now, Brazil is on the way to breaking new records in tourism with foreign tourists’ expenditure at the beginning of 2008 recording an all time high.

A combination of: strong and sustainable economic growth; low inflation; stable currency; significant Foreign Direct Investment; oil production and self-sufficiency; increased exposure to the international markets and; flourishing tourism have all drawn in substantial investments into Brazil’s real estate industry.
